Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. CSF Logistics is not responsible for these charges.
Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with “STOP” to any SMS message you receive from us. Once we receive your opt-out request, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from CSF Logistics.

Information Collection and Use
We collect personal information such as your name, phone number, email address, and other contact details to facilitate our logistics services. This information is used to communicate with you regarding shipments, service updates, or customer inquiries.
SMS Messaging and 10DLC Compliance
By providing your mobile phone number to CSF Logistics, you consent to receive SMS communications that are relevant to your business relationship with us. These may include order updates, dispatch notices, carrier instructions, or service alerts.

CSF Transport Layer — Browser Extension Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 5, 2026
This section explains how the CSF Transport Layer browser extension ("the
extension"), provided by CSF Logistics ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and
protects information. It applies specifically to the Chrome extension and is in
addition to the CSF Logistics Privacy Policy above. By installing or using the
extension, you consent to the practices described here.
What the Extension Does
The extension provides instant vehicle-transport price quotes to auto dealers
and lets them submit a transport booking request to CSF Logistics. The user
enters vehicle and route details into the extension's own panel; the extension
calculates a quote and, when the user chooses to book, sends the booking to us.
Information We Collect
The extension collects only the information you actively enter, plus what is
required to process a booking you choose to submit:
- Vehicle Identification Number(s) (VIN) that you enter.
- Pickup and delivery locations / ZIP codes that you enter.
- Your dealership name and a saved default delivery ZIP (stored locally to
pre-fill the panel).
- The transport quote calculated by the extension.
- An optional gate-pass PDF that you choose to attach to a booking.
Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not read, scrape, collect, or transmit the content of the web pages
you visit. The extension only displays its own quote panel; it does not
extract data from auction pages or any other website.
- We do not track your browsing history or your activity across websites.
- We do not collect your personal information for advertising, and we do not
use it for any purpose unrelated to providing transport quotes and bookings.
How We Use Information
- Locally stored data (dealership name, default ZIP, saved quote cart) is kept
in your browser's local storage and is used only to pre-fill the panel so
you do not have to re-enter details. It is not transmitted unless you submit
a booking.
- When you submit a booking, the booking details you entered (and any PDF you
attach) are sent securely to our booking system so we can arrange the
transport you requested and contact you about it.
How We Store and Transmit Information
- Saved profile and quote-cart data remain on your device in your browser's
local storage.
- Booking data is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our
booking endpoint only at the moment you choose to submit a booking. If that
endpoint is unavailable, the extension instead opens your email client with
the booking details pre-filled so you can send them to us directly.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share booking details only
with our internal transport operations and the carriers needed to fulfill the
booking you submitted. We do not share your information with third parties for
their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Data Retention
We retain booking information for as long as needed to provide transport
services and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which it
is deleted or anonymized.
Permissions the Extension Uses
The extension requests only the permissions needed to function:
- Access to automotive auction and dealer websites, so the quote panel can
appear while you are bidding. (It displays its panel only; it does not read
page content.)
- Active-tab access, so that on other sites the panel opens when you click the
extension's toolbar icon.
- Local storage, to save your profile and quote cart on your device.
Children's Privacy
The extension is a business tool intended for auto dealers and is not directed
to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected
by updating the Effective Date above and, where appropriate, through the
extension or our website.
